Our rooms were good sized and recently refurbished and had central heating, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making facilities. Location in the heart of the city was a plus

The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is just excellent for a night out in Limerick and the price and convenience is better than waiting for a taxi at 3am. The breakfast was excellent too.
Parking was an issue, but I would recommend that anyone staying get a weekly pass at the Arthurs Quay car park for 18.00 Euros, its only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The showers were tiny but then it is an old building right in the centre of Limerick

Excellent breakfast options set a positive tone.
The noise level was unbearable, especially from the bar below. Music blared until the early hours. We were uncomfortable due to the high temperature in the room, and the lack of fan options made it worse.

I have stayed here a few times, and have sent alot of people too, everytime it is consistently the same... Friendly staff, great value, and spotless clean especially the shower and toilet, which is of great importance. I think I have seen all the different paintings done by Claire In the hotel and rooms they r fantastic. And most importantly every person I have brought with me on a girly night out, they all love it :)

Booked twin room, that included an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. It had nice decor. The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of a living church.

the hotel was very clean, very reasonable and with efficient staff
corridors were dark and hotel furniture pieces, particularly the sanitary ware and saggy mattress and torn sheet, were quite tired and out dated, however still very very clean
